Sam built his career over 15 years in the highly competitive London hospitality industry, where he has successfully launched and operated some of the city’s best food and drink venues. His achievements include operating a Michelin Guide and Eater 38 recognised restaurant and launching a bar that won a prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Award.
He leverages this industry expertise today, drawing on his unique operational and insider knowledge, to guide readers on how to find the most authentic eats, the highest-quality drinks, and the best hidden gems while traveling.
The Journey to Hustle Around The World
Sam’s passion for global travel began in his early 20s with a year working in bars in Australia. He returned to the UK via an epic overland odyssey from Kuala Lumpur to Moscow, including a week on the Trans-Siberian Railroad.
After years of maximizing every possible holiday minute while based in the UK, Sam now works remotely, channeling his experience into finding maximum value and quality around the world alongside Sofia.
